 Once the CC Camps were built here. Later, the Minden Trade School was built during the fifties. Many adults received their high school diploma's and learned a trade. Typing, shorthand and bookkeeping were some of the courses that were taught at night for working ladies who wanted to learn these skills. They were open year round. Unfortunately, the history of this college is unknown to me. Perhaps a reader will supply one.

Testing Fee Late Registration

Graduation Fee is assessed for diplomas and diploma covers.

Non Sufficient Fund Fee - for those who pay with insufficient Funds in their checking accounts

ID Fee provides for ID badges. Replacements charged at the same rate.

Parking Decal or Replacement Decal Fee - This fee is charged by campuses that use Parking Decals to identify student, faculty, and staff vehicles parked on campus.

Transcript Fee  - This fee is charged when a student is issued a second or subsequent official transcript. The first transcript is provided to the student upon graduation.   

Traffic Violation Fee  - This fee is charged for each Violation that a student is issued.

Course Challenge Fee -  per course - Credit by examination is available to students who have mastered the content of a course and can demonstrate the same competency as regularly enrolled students through an examination.

Course Material Fee  per course - The Louisiana Technical College recognizes that some course offer special supplies and materials not included in the cost of tuition.

AUXILIARY OPERATING FEES

Day Care -  per day - This fee is per child per day for on-site childcare.

    SPECIAL COURSE FEES

Workforce/Customize Training -  per contact Hour - These fees will be charged for all workforce and customized training courses.
