PFC BILLY DON ADAMS
ASHES RETURNED TO MINDEN JANUARY, 2000
Billy Don Adams ashes were returned to Minden, La in January, 2000. He was first married to Judy Rabb and had two children, a daughter, Kim, and a grandson, Damian. He also had a son, Kevin, who was stationed in the air force in 1995. Interment was in Row 10, Section 1, Garden of Faith section of the Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Minden, La. He is interred beside his parents: Russell R. Adams (1899-1969) and Opal B. Adams(1906 - 1983)

Billy Don Adams died at Terrebonne General Hospital on March
22, 1997 after a long illness. Mr. Adams was born in Minden on December 28, 1936. He
graduated from Minden High School in 1955 and a graduate of Northwestern
University at Natchitoches. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell
Tyler Adams and Opal Baucum Adams.
He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mrs. Bette Sue Lee
Adams; his son Kevin Tyler Adams of Myrtle Beach, North Carolina; daughter
Kim Adams Salinas, Husband Reuben Salinas and one grandson Damon Salinas all
of Houston, Texas. He is survived by one brother, Russell Adams and wife Mary
L. Adams of Minden.
Services for Mr. Adams will be held at First United Methodist
Church on Bayou Black, Houma, La. at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 25th.
Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Houma.
