We Started With The Emmaline Langheld Tour

then went to the Razz Ma Tazz for dinner

Sat. morning we were entertained at W. D. Roberts Music Store - See photo's

Dinner at Dorcheat Inn

Tour of the Homer Cemetery on Sunday. Everyone had a goodtime. Each year

we have between 85 - 100 people at our dinners. The Ghostwalks are fund raisers

for the Minden City Cemetery.

LeVerne Langheld Kidd tells the story of her Grandmother Emmaline Langheld of how her grave

dates back 100 years. She also passed out the story for the group to take home with them.

The Footstone

This may be where the home was located.

The walk to the old homeplace.

She wanted to be buried on the home place where she watched her children grow up and play. Flowers still grow on her grave. The monument reads  "Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord."

After the tour the group went to Razz Ma Tazz for a nice dinner. Then we gathered back at the Holiday Inn to look at Grambling photographs.
