I took this picture July 3rd., 2005 at the Krouse/Langheld reunion. I printed it out and put it in a frame for them.

The looked so happy.  As I said before Elsie will be 89 December 12th. and Ralph turned  91 on their wedding

anniversary back in June.        

Bet ya didn't know Ralph was A. J. Hodges' engineer and helped him design from the ground up the

HODGES'S GARDEN in Many, La. Very interesting story. I tried to get him to write it down..

Elsie Krouse Hock is the only living member of the Minden High School graduating class of 1933.

Elsie and Ralph gave LeVerne this graduation invitation which was used by the Minden High School Class of 1927.

This poem was used as a salutatory at a graduation in 1937 by Winniford York who ended it with

As we launch out we are "Rowing, Now Drifting" and we ask of the "Great Guide", power and guidance to row through life successfully.

It is in this spirit that we enter into these exercises tonight. We joyously greet you and ask you to join with us in this hour of celebration.
